The bar in high-conflict coparenting is... on the floor. And somehow, we're still celebrating when someone clears it.

"Didn't yell" is not a character reference. "Replied within a day" is the minimum. These are table stakes for functional adulthood — not achievements worthy of a custody modification.

And yet here we are. Gold stars for grown-ups. 🌟

If you've ever felt proud for making it through an exchange without drama — no judgment. That IS an accomplishment in high-conflict coparenting. But maybe we all deserve better.
